Self-sacrificing devotion and loyalty his dedication to the cause required hard work and dedication.
I wanted to talk about this topic to tell potential customers why my existing clients love me so much. For starters I am as loyal as the best bird dog you ever had.
As a freight broker the sooner I know I need a truck the better. This has led me to tell customers “I do not care what time it is when you call me”. I have had clients call me after 11pm and I always answer the phone if not, returning that call as soon as possible.
For the clients that run multiple loads a day, I give an end of the day load’s update that can only be done after the days business has come to an end. This is a personal sacrifice of my time I give to clients so they can be in the know with the latest of information on what they have rolling, where, and why we paid what we did for each truck.
There have been a few times I have went out in the truck and that is not something many brokers do. It was done to meet clients and a couple others with freight so important I felt the need to be with it.
I work whenever the phone rings. My phone not only rings from customers at all hours but there is always a truck trying to be the early bird and calls out of regular operating hours. I answer those phone calls too.
I work until I have covered the necessary trucks for that day’s needs. If you tell me, you need a truck today I will make it happen.
